Itsuki Minami is a 14 yr old junior high school delinquent ,the leader of the Higachuu Guns. He has always been a pain in the neck for other rival roller blading gang.Ikki has been bought up by the Noyamo sisters since he is really an orphan on the east side of town.He happens to catch the attention of the Skull Saders a group of ruthless bladers with a special type of roller blades which have the capability of allowing the user to 'fly' in the air called Air Treck.Ikki is humiliated by the Saders and his sisters buy him his very own pair of AT and soon is competing to be the best Storm Rider in town.Watch the cartoon to find out whether Itsuki ever reaches his goal of being "King Of The Sky".
